This clearing reagent is an optimized version of CUBIC-L, a reagent primarily used for defatting and decolorizing animal tissue, and CUBIC-R+(N), a reagent for adjusting the refractive index, for organoids and spheroids. It is suitable for approximately 24 organoid samples.
